The Union County Vocational-Technical Schools (UCVTS) proudly welcomed the incoming class of 2028 at our recent freshmen orientation. New students had the opportunity to tour the campus, meet their fellow classmates, and receive their school-issued laptops and lockers. This orientation marks the beginning of an exciting journey filled with hands-on experiences across various career pathways. We are thrilled to have you join our UCVTS family and look forward to a fantastic year of learning, growth, and discovery. Here’s to an incredible start to your high school adventure!
Congratulations to the AAHS graduating class of 2024! After years of dedication, hard work, and hands-on learning, you have reached an incredible milestone. We are proud of all you have accomplished and the resilience you have shown throughout your journey. As you step into the next chapter of your lives, we are confident that the skills and experiences you’ve gained at UCVTS will lead you to great success. AAHS EMT students received a personal tour and tutorial of the NorthStar state helicopter. The pilots demonstrated the contents of the helicopter, their career pathways and how they put their EMS training into use through this line of work.
AAHS is very proud to have 3 New Jersey State Officers in HOSA, our Career and Technical Student Organization.
AAHS teachers Ms. Roy and Ms. Chiarulli hosted a mock election for their 11th grade classes on September 27th with help from the Union County Board of Elections. A big thanks to the UC Board of Elections for visiting AAHS!
